Lovely place to stop for a quick meal, or relax and enjoy a nice cup of coffee with a friend (if youre lucky, locals are incredibly friendly and willing to share stories and talk history about this lovely little town) The food is great, it's nice home cooking with a few traditional pub favorites. I suggest the cheeseburger (especially if Sandra is cooking - A++ for delish and made perfectly.) My picky 9 year old even found a few items he really enjoyed ( That says alot!! ) I hope to get the opportunity to stop at this little diamond in the rough again sometime!

Affordable prices! Food is delicious! I love how cozy the atmosphere is! It's like a small town diner, they got booths and tables. Alot of regulars are there you can tell but everyone is friendly!

My dining companion and I stopped here for the Breakfast special the day before Canada day. For $9.00 each, we got eggs, bacon (or sausage), home fries, toast and bottomless coffee. We opted for extra meat after a cold night of tent camping, and it was worth it! Service was lovely. We even got to eavesdrop on some great fishing stories from a few tables over. Haha! Beautiful. Aside from the bright fluorescent lights, this little roadside stop is a total win!

I visit regularly to sample the Indian food. There is always something I like in the 6 choice all-you-can-eat buffet (Friday, Saturday 15h-19h). My wife always has the chicken biryani. On the rare occasions I do not feel for Indian food, the rest of the menu is feel-good filling wings, fish, or almost anything.

No longer called Sportsmans Grill...it's Doris's Cafe. We went for breakfast. The food was plentiful and typical for roadside breaky. Greasy but good. Worth the stop!
